Key Responsibilities

User & Role Management:
  • Create, edit, and delete user accounts

  • Assign roles such as Admin, Project Manager, Engineer, Contractor, and Client.

  • Manage access levels and permissions

Project & Data Management:
  • Oversee all ongoing and completed projects

  • Set up project templates, workflows, and standard procedures

  • Ensure data integrity and backup security

Financial & Billing Management:
  • Manage subscriptions, payments, and billing settings

  • Set up financial workflows, including cost tracking and budgeting.s

Compliance & Task Management:
  • Helps streamline planning, tracking, and execution of construction activities.

  • Monitor system logs and ensure compliance with industry standards

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate system-wide reports on project status, finances, and user activity.

  • Monitor supervisor and project operations.
